Tasting Notes: The Oldfield Series Syrah reflects 2010 as a vintage perfectly with a shift from ripe tannins and robust fruit to a cooler, savoury-fueled wine bursting with white pepper and charcuterie aromas and flavours while the classic raspberry and plum fruit plays in the background. Very well-balanced with fine tannins and food-friendly acidity through to a moderate, spicy finish. Ready to go now, thanks to 18+ months of bottle age prior to release. Drink 2013-2016.
