Tasting Notes: A classic oaked California Chardonnay that never approaches overdone or overbearing. It juggles being complex, meaty and easy-drinking like a court jester wooing the queen. Nice mineral notes throughout with orchard fruits playing the lead on the nose and palate. The buttery-oak characters are balanced nicely with crab-apple acidity. A full-ish palate that remains silky-smooth. Delicious. Drink 2010-2014.
