Tasting Notes: If served too chilled the nose will remain a tightly woven weave of apricot and green apple skin aromas. When allowed to warm up a bit, the nose will blossom and reveal more layers of orchard fruit and mineral notes. The dry palate has a thin, watery texture, yet does deliver wanted richness and concentration of fruit - good continuity from the nose with added peach pit and sour crab apple flavours. This is a great Pinot Gris to accompany a turkey feast or a baked brie cheese wedge with fresh rosemary. Drink 2012-2014.
