Tasting Notes: If you like your rosé a bit fuller on the palate and with a unique flavour profile, than this is the one for you. Made from 100% Malbec grown on the Black Sage Bench, this bright, medium ruby coloured wine offers cran-apple, strawberry, pomegranate seeds and a faint hint of brine on the nose. The dry, juicy palate follows with similar red fruit flavours with an added layer of blueberry and grapefruit. Light tannins and red currant acidity linger on the finish, exciting the senses in anticipation of more or as a good prelude to food. All rosé should be food-friendly, but some, like this unique Malbec release, are more so than others. Drink 2012-2013.
