Tasting notes: Full bodied and smooth. An amazing nose that doesn’t disappoint on entry. Velvety with tastes of vanilla, blackberries and a spicy finish that lasts forever. At 14.5% alcohol, one would expect lots of body and this is the definitely the case.
This one was great on a hot spring evening while watching Battlestar Galactica (total geek out). The bottle was about $30 so a little on the pricey side for a daily drinker, but I would buy this one again in a sec! Thanks to Glenn for recommending this one. Those forestry guys know a thing or two. - HC
