Tasting Notes: Though packing some weight, a touch of residual sugar and a hint of brass in the colour, this is an un-oaked, refreshing Pinot Gris with a crisp, vibrant edge to the otherwise aromatic nose and to the textured, mouth-watering palate. Peach pits and flesh, honeydew melon, floral notes and mineral-y, stone fruit and lime characters make this wine a great companion for seafood, spicy chips or Gruyere cheese. Drink now-2021.
