Tasting Notes: A delightful, mostly dry and partially oak-aged Pinot Blanc, well-executed with a focus on clean, crisp, fruit and complimentary layers of texture enhanced by the complex élevage program. Look for aromas and flavours of Asian pear, lemon/lime, apricots, spent lees and peach pits. Pair with seafood, salads or hard cheeses. Drink now-2021.
