Tasting Notes: A herbaceous and woody Cabernet Franc, smelling and tasting of brambly berries, spicy herbs and evergreen needles. Youthful and tight, allow this Franc to age in your cellar to mellow the sour fruit and pine cone characters which dominate the profile today. A more balanced future awaits for this full-bodied and complex wine. Look for light menthol, vanilla and sweek oak flavours to emerge after 2 years. Drink 2019-2022.
