Tasting Notes: This well-made, un-oaked Chardonnay opens with ripe apple and light grapefruit aromas followed by a dry palate with bright acidity and rich flavours of orchard fruit, honey dew and lime. The finish is long and tart with lingering mineral notes. A very refreshing Chardonnay that should pair nicely with a cold seafood salad or shrimp cocktail. Enjoy this wine in its youth. Drink now-2013.
