Tasting Notes: Despite the winery's Lillooet address this wine is all Okanagan. Produced from West Kelowna grown fruit and fermented in stainless steel tanks, this Pinot Gris is fruit forward and terroir driven with excellent austere characters to balance the orchard fruit and lemon zest notes. Mouth watering tartness is refreshing and never overbearing, balancing the perception of sweetness from the fruit and the full-ish texture. The finish is long with lingering tartness and a touch of spice - a quality, un-oaked Pinot Gris. Drink 2011-2013.
