Tasting Notes: From the Rheingau wine region of Germany, the oldest wine-producing region in the country, comes this charming, entry-level, off-dry Riesling from prominent producer Balthasar Ress.
The nose of this pale-straw coloured wine offers medium intensity aromas of lemon, pea shoots and diesel. The medium-bodied palate offers youthful flavours of grapefruit, lemon pudding and honey comb with high acidity which complements the residual sugar nicely and creates a quality, well-balanced wine with a medium finish.
