Tasting Notes: A refreshing, textured blend of Chasselas, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris (percentages TBA) with a lifted, floral'n'citrus scented nose and a dry palate with a mouth-watering medley of stonefruit, honeydew melon, minerals, grapefruit, green apple and light spice flavours. Less Tropical than recent vintages; leaner, meaner and tart in the most positively, sun-quenching way. Drink now-2020.
