Tasting Notes: A medium-cranberry hued rosé made from 100% estate-grown Pinot Noir grapes on the Niagara Peninsula offering playful, red berry, watermelon and pink grapefruit on the subtle nose and the easy-going, well-balanced palate. Grapefruit peel and a hint of dry herbs linger on the effervescent finish. Drink now-2016.
