Tasting Notes: An easy-drinking, medium-garnet hued Pinot Noir with both fruit and savoury elements on the cherry-cola and cooking spice infused nose and on theblack cherry and raspberry seed flavoured palate. Residual sugar and oak ageing adds body and texture, though, fresh fruit acidity keeps the finish fluid where savoury spices linger moderately. Ready to go now and likely best enjoyed in its youth. Drink now-2016.
