Tasting Notes: This Simikameen Valley sourced, un-oaked Chardonnay is brimming with orchard fruit aromas on the inviting nose with a hint of lees and a dash of lemon curd in the background, rounding out the youthful bouquet. The (mostly) dry palate offers a similar profile of flavours with the addition of honeydew melon notes and mouth-watering lemon/lime characters which frame the crisp'n'tangy finish. Pair with a warm lobster and mango salad. Drink now-2015.
