Tasting Notes: A Sauvignon Blanc with a rich nose of tropical and sweet citrus fruit aromas and hints of light sage brush and minerals. Tropical fruit richness also appears on the entry of the mineral-infused, medium-bodied palate, where it progressively gets mellowed by grapefruit acidity. Balance sways slightly sour on the long finish where a nice wave of spice lingers. Drink now-2016.
