Tasting Notes: The continually improving Fort Berens rosé is made from estate grown Pinot Noir grapes and delivers juicy, cran-strawberry and light mineral aromas on the appealing nose, though, it's the well-balanced palate which grabs your attention. Ripe, raspberry, kiwi and cranberry fruit flavours create the perception of sweetness while bright, citrus acidity keeps the mouth feel crisp, but never sharp. The finish is long and refreshingly dry making it ideal for food pairing. Drink now-2015.
