Tasting Notes: This attractive, bright watermelon hued rosé from Cassini Cellars offers rose water, rhubarb and raspberry seed aromas on the mellow nose. The mouth-watering palate follows with tangy red fruit and more rhubarb flavours, minerals and a hint of residual sugar which helps balance the light bitterness. Winery suggested pairing of charcuterie is spot on - anything with chorizo. Drink now.
