Tasting Notes: Falls towards the tart'n'vegetal end of the Sauvignon Blanc spectrum with lively green apple acidity and asparagus notes, yet avoids any "sharp" or "bitter" descriptors by balancing the acidity and green notes with juicy apple and sweet lemon characters. The palate stays fresh while also offering some welcomed texture and body.
This wine will work both as a patio sipper when you need to combat the heat by keeping refreshed and alert and also as a companion to your seafood dinner thanks to its generous mouth feel and light minerality. Drink now-2014.
