Tasting Notes: A dense, tart Cabernet Sauvignon with a fruity, cassis-dominant entry followed by savoury, toasted oak notes and a moderate, mouth-watering finish with lingering allspice. Showing nearly no signs of aging, this wine will live happily undisturbed in your cellar for another 3-4 years, but development may only be minimal. Drink 2011-2015.
