Tasting Notes: An off-dry, subtlety-scented, Gewurztraminer whose spicy, mouth-watering finish balances the natural sweetness nicely thanks to plenty of crisp, lemon/lime acidity and a hint of minerals. Pair with Indian dishes or fried, Asian noodles. Drink now-2021.
