Tasting Notes: A lovely, nectarine and rose water scented blush made of 100% Pinot Noir grapes using the traditional saignée method which 'bleeds' juice from the must after brief skin contact - hence the light pink hue and the kiss of tannin on the strawberry and nectarine flavoured, textured palate. Delicious! Drink 2018-2020.
