Tasting Notes: The 2014 edition of the "regular" Tinhorn Pinot Noir offers more fruit upfront than recent vintages of this, otherwise, herb'n'earthy treat. Red currant, raspberry, cola, bay leaf, forest, cedar and clove aromas grace the pleasant nose while similar flavours, gritty tannins and tomato acidity follow on the textured palate. The finish is moderate and palate lifting with lingering spice and acidity. Enjoy with red-sauce, spaghetti dishes. Drink now-2020.
