Tasting Notes: The ultra ripe 2015 edition of this Merlot from Lunessence squeezed every once of concentration out of that fire-riddled Okanagan Valley vintage. Elegance has suffered, but only slightly, with powerful blackberry, mint and toasted oak more dominant than integrated with the rest of the spicy, chocolate-raspberry and dusty tannin characters. Pair with sweet'n'spicy BBQ ribs. Drink now-2020.
