Tasting Notes: Erath's entry level Pinot Gris is blended from grapes sourced from multiple vineyard sites and produces a paired down, "raw" example of the Alsatian variety with a subtle nose of apples, honeydew and unpasteurised honey followed by punchy, orchard fruit on the mouth-watering palate. Sealed with a Stelvin cap enclosure to preserve the freshness. Enjoy this wine in its youth. Drink now-2018.
