Tasting Notes: The 2015 edition of Stag's Hollow's Dolcetto is bright and lively with both ripe and sour cherry characters, fresh citrus aromas and a backbone of rustic, savoury notes and a touch of sweetness from brambly berries on the palate. Finishes fresh with plenty of mouth watering, tomato acidity and allspice flavours. Drink now-2019.
