Tasting Notes: An expressive blend of (mostly) Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris with splashes of Chardonnay, Viognier and Muscat Blanc contributing some added dimension to this approachable, food-friendly wine. Aromas of ripe orchard and fresh citrus fruit patrol the rounded nose followed by similar flavours on the well-balanced, full-ish palate with citrus and Jazz apple acidity keeping the finish lively and refreshing where a hint of mineral and spice notes linger. Drink now-2018.
