Tasting Notes: Opens with an intriguing, subtle nose of equal parts herbs, citrus rind and ripe orchard fruit, creating a balanced bouquet worth quaffing. Unfortunately, the same balance is not achieved on the honeydew-infused, overtly 'hot' palate where an unctuous texture is unfettered by the light citrus zest on the spicy finish. Drink now-2016.
