Tasting Notes: A fresh, crisp, dry blend of 46% Riesling, 42% Chardonnay and 12% Pinot Gris, all sourced from Lillooet. The muted nose has subtle layers of orchard and tropical fruits like pears, papaya and citrus peel. The palate skews towards tart in its balance between the citrus fruit characters and its plump, apple and pear flavours. Mineral and light spice notes follow on the moderate finish.
Serve chilled as a refreshing patio sipper whose absence of residual sugar will keep your palate feeling renewed and will pair nicely with an assortment of patio-friendly tapas. Drink now-2015.
