Tasting Notes: A splendid, cool-climate Chardonnay which delivers the right balance of oak contact characters and stainless steel purity. Produced from estate fruit sourced from their "Gentleman Farmer Vineyard" in East Kelowna, this Chardonnay offers intense aromas and flavours of apples, white peaches, honeydew and fresh citrus fruit complimented by cool mineral notes and a light cream texture. The finish is long and very pleasing with a hint of lingering spice and vanilla (thank you French oak!).
Attentively presented with a minimalist, stylish label on a meaty, Burgundian bottle sealed with a Stelvin cap to preserve the freshness which should keep this Chardonnay drinking well for another 3-4 years. Drink 2013-2017.
