Tasting Notes: A full bodied, fully oaked, full flavoured wine that manages to reign in all the elements to create a refined Chardonnay experience brimming with orchard, tropical and melon fruit aromas and flavours. Texturally, the palate delights with both buttery and cool mineral components that make the mouth feel vibrant and interesting through to a long finish.
Possibly, the best possible pairing for creamy seafood pasta. Ready to go now, but will hold for a number of years. Drink now-2016.
