Availability: Direct from winery here
Date Tasted: August 15th, 2013
Tasting Notes: Dry, fruity and loaded with minerals, a Pinot Gris for the dinner table when serving roasted fowl or ham. Bosc Pear, bruised ripe apples, wet rocks and tart lemons on the mild nose and full bodied palate where nice citrus acidity levels out the body, though, finishes a tad sharp.
Enjoy this Pinot Gris in its youth.
