Tasting Notes: The JoieFarm 2010 Riesling matches the quality and style of the top off-dry exports from the Mosel valley with concentrated flavours and aromas of bright lime zest, green apple, slate, straw and stonefruit. Prominent sweetness (25g/l of residual sugar) is balanced effortlessly with crisp acidity and strong minerality. The palate is fairly full-bodied for a Riesling offset by a refreshing, silky texture and a moderate, zesty finish. Drink 2011-2014.
