Tasting Notes: A beautiful example of a Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit concentration for this wine was excellent. This wine was opaque, clear, and concentrated. The nose had strong cassis, licorice, pepper, vanilla, and light floral. The vanilla and cassis continued on the palate. The finish was long.
This is a beatiful, balanced wines, with soft tannins and good acid. This wine is complex. Great with steak and other meat dishes. HC
