Tasting Notes: A consistently well-produced Reserve Chardonnay that gets the full oak and malolactic fermentation treatment to appeal to those of you who like their Chards with body and creamy texture. Appropriate levels of acid keep the juicy, ripe orchard fruit and popcorn characters in-check, keeping the viscosity fluid and the finish crisp where hints of vanilla and spice linger. Pair with seafood risotto and serve only lightly chilled to allow the nose to bloom. Drink 2015-2017.
