Tasting Notes: Produced with non-invasive methods including a wild yeast ferment, this blend of Viognier and Marsanne (55/45 respectively) sourced from a West Penticton vineyard is the colour of a light, brown ale, opening with a developing bouquet of wild, alpine flowers and wisps of stone fruit pits. A passive palate of citrus and pear fruit follows, lacking dimension upfront and compacting its unique character into the finish where tangy, citrus peel and exotic spices linger. An intriguing option for the adventurous among you. Drink now-2017.
