Tasting Notes: Riverstone's 'Splash' is a tasty, fruit'n'acid fuelled blend of Viognier, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer (percentages not provided) falling towards the dryer end of the patio-sipper spectrum, with just a touch of residual sugar perceptible on the palate, when not too chilled, and finishing quite dry in the mouth with crisp citrus and mineral notes lingering moderately. Look for pleasant tropical fruit notes on the nose. Drink 2015-2016.
