Tasting Notes: A deep, layered, 50/50 blend of Cabernet Franc and Malbec with rich, dark fruit and gnarly, wild berry aromas supported by savoury notes of licorice, sweet oak, vanilla bean and spice box. The palate is generous and resolves quickly in your mouth like a melting, Icy Squares chocolate. Tannins are fine and very soft, making this blend very approachable and allowing the dark berry fruit to take centre stage. Spice and oak notes linger on the moderate-plus finish. Drink now-2017.
