Tasting Notes: Opens with a brooding nose of licorice, cherry-cola, vanilla, peppercorn, spicy plum cake and toasty oak aromas. The dry, full-bodied palate is equally gnarly and intense with similar flavours supported by black pepper and menthol notes, fine tannins and wild berry acidity. The best Burrowing Owl Syrah in several vintages. Drink 2015-2020.
