Tasting Notes: Ripe tropical and sweet citrus fruit aromas hover above light stainless stell, mineral notes on the nose of this easy-going, mellow Riesling from Mt. Boucherie. The watery, slightly off-dry palate follows with a focus on acidic fruit flavours like pineapple, grapefruit and green apple. A touch of spice lingers on the mouth-watering finish. A solid patio sipper or pair with a simple seafood salad. Drink now-2016.
