But you want a well-balanced, Meritage blend from the excellent 2010 Niagara vintage that satisfies your love of mocha-infused cassis and smoky tannins? Than the 'Old Vines' Cabernet-Merlot is the wine for you and at just under $20, won't break the bank.
Expressive on the sweet dark fruit nose with good concentration on the dry palate that features signature Chateau Des Charmes sweet'n'sour, tomato-stock and vegetal characters. Some earthy, mineral and French oak flavours add complexity and depth. Drink now-2015+.
